·        Using skills and capabilities of faculty members in order to perform specialized affairs and operation on ICT

·        Managing and supporting intranet

·        Developing databank for the university and working to take advantage of the university's computer services center

·        Working with the university's various departments in order to provide the necessary data and statistics

·        Preparing and maintain necessary software of various departments of the university

·        Performing procedures related to internal and international information dissemination network

·        Supporting the university's information databases

·        Making relation between the university and worldwide network, maintaining and supporting internet servers

·        Planning for purchasing digital databases and selecting the necessary Latin references for the university

·        Offering counseling services to the related departments on buying hardware parts and similar items

·        Supervising purchase of software used in various departments of the university.

·        Designing and launching software and hardware systems of virtual courses in working with the related departments

·        Proposing electronic training standards

·        Studying, preparing and compiling strategies, policies and long-term and short-terms plans and qualitative and quantitative goals of information technology for the university

·        Compiling training programs to improve and enhance the ICT science and knowledge of managers, employees and experts of ICT with the help of the related departments

·        Analyzing field of hardware and software technology and innovation and new designs in order to improve the efficiency of various university's departments.

·        Preparing and compiling executive standards and instructions in order to take advantage of computer software and hardware

·        Organizing and classifying software and hardware bedrocks and integrated directing of ICT in the affiliated educational centers and departments.

·        Proposing counseling, educational and research services on ICT area to affiliated educational centers and departments of the universities of the province

·        Designing and launching a datacenter in the university in accordance with the predefined standards

·        Designing, preparing and maintaining necessary informative systems of various areas of the university

·        Designing and preparing statistical systems necessary for various departments of the university based on requirements defined by the higher council of statistics which are verified by the Ministry of Science and the University

·        Defining standards and preparing a statistical bylaw for the university based on the various areas' activities

·        Sorting the available information and documenting them in order to keep them accessible

·        Collecting, preparing and adjusting and upgrading all macro statistics of the university including students, faculties, employees, educational space, etc. in order to develop a databank

·        Analyzing statistics and information and extracting necessary results in terms of the plans proposed by the authorities and the relevant departments

·        Analyzing different computer projects such as educational, research, students, cultural, constructional, administrative and financial of the university in order to match them with computer programs and implementing them.

·        Studying about new hardware and software and using the results gained from technological developments.

·        Supervising preparation of letters, instructions assigned by the senior ranks

·        Participating in commission, seminars and various sessions and reporting to the senior ranks

·        Organizing activities and dividing responsibilities and determining duties and responsibilities and authorities of employees

·        Performing other assigned works by the senior ranks
