Legal Affairs and Contracts Management

Responsibilities and Activities
Analyzing form and nature of contracts of the university and comparing them with the announced rules and regulations, circulars and bylaws;
Making sure of proper execution of procedures of contracts, agreements, MOUs, judiciary drafts, tenders, etc.;
Continuous analyzing and studying of issues in legal fields and collecting and classifying necessary legal resources in order to quick access the necessary information;
 Documenting immovable properties of the university based on the relevant rules and regulations;
·Taking legal measurements to acquire required lands and buildings with higher education applications through working with the university's related managements;
Receiving collateral from committed people who have introduced by the university or Ministry if Science and performing their related affairs;
Helping various academic units and authorities in legal issues;
Dealing with protests and responding to all judiciary claims and measurement in the Supreme Audit Court of Iran;
Fulfilling all related affairs which are assigned by the senior authorities.
