Responsibilities and Activities
Supervising the proper execution of all activities of the organizational units which are controlled by the financial affairs management;
Applying financial supervision on receivables and payables through observing the country’s rules and regulations;
Issuing necessary order to make coordination in recieving incomes, adjusting accounts, etc.
Supervising how credits are consumed through dealing with them before consumption;
 Financing the drafts issued by the certified authorities to allocate all or a part of the approved credit for a certain cost;
Opening necessary accounts to conduct receipts and expenditures of the university and closing unnecessary accounts through permission of the Economic and Assets Organization, if necessary;
Conducting the university’s guidelines and issuing related instruction and standards for the affiliated departments;
Supervising receipt of incomes of the academic unit under the university's approved regulations;
Supervising the preparation and compilation of the academic unit and making sure of its proper execution with regard to the related instructions;
Participating in tender commissions and other meetings to make decisions and analysing tenders' documents and preparing the relevant minutes;
